鋁合金手板模型制作手法與維護(hù)
鋁合金手板制造中以SLA光敏樹(shù)脂選擇性固化應(yīng)用廣泛。材料成本目前約10-20元/g,包括支撐件等附加部分。SLA機(jī)的加工能力按體積計(jì)算,單坐標(biāo)尺寸小,許多大尺寸零件無(wú)法加工,大型SLA機(jī)鋁合金手板生產(chǎn)企業(yè)很難承受。另一方面光敏樹(shù)脂與常用材料差異很大,限制了模型的著色、上金加工。當(dāng)然成本問(wèn)題隨著生產(chǎn)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大,少能部分解決。
SLA photosensitive resin is widely used for selective curing in the manufacturing of aluminum alloy handboards. The material cost is currently around 10-20 yuan/g, including additional components such as supports. The processing capacity of SLA machines is calculated by volume, and the single coordinate size is small. Many large-sized parts cannot be processed, making it difficult for large-scale SLA machine aluminum alloy hand plate production enterprises to bear. 鋁合金手板加工打磨液的配制和使用與普通打磨液基本相同,只是在稀釋水的選擇上要更加嚴(yán)格。因?yàn)樗械脑S多離子對(duì)鋁都會(huì)產(chǎn)生腐蝕作用,如果這些離子含量過(guò)多就會(huì)降低打磨液的防銹性能,尤其是在工序間防銹上,例如氯離子、硫酸根離子以及重金屬離子等。

過(guò)濾:因?yàn)殇X合金在堿性條件下易發(fā)生反應(yīng)生成鋁皂,破壞打磨液的穩(wěn)定性,因此應(yīng)立即將打磨下來(lái)的鋁屑過(guò)濾出去,避免鋁屑與打磨液再發(fā)生反應(yīng)而影響到打磨液的使用效果與使用壽命。在打磨加工過(guò)程中磨出來(lái)的鋁屑既細(xì)小又輕,很難沉淀下去,如不進(jìn)行過(guò)濾或過(guò)濾的不充分,鋁屑就會(huì)隨打磨液循環(huán)系統(tǒng)被帶到加工區(qū)而劃傷工件表面,影響加工表面的光澤度。
Filtering: Because aluminum alloys are prone to react and generate aluminum soap under alkaline conditions, which can damage the stability of the polishing fluid, the polished aluminum shavings should be immediately filtered out to avoid further reaction between the aluminum shavings and the polishing fluid, which may affect the effectiveness and service life of the polishing fluid. The aluminum shavings produced during the polishing process are both small and light, making it difficult to precipitate. If not filtered or not filtered sufficiently, the aluminum shavings will be carried to the processing area by the polishing fluid circulation system and scratch the surface of the workpiece, affecting the glossiness of the processing surface.
值:因?yàn)殇X材對(duì)打磨液的ph值十分敏感,因此要經(jīng)常性地對(duì)鋁合金打磨液ph值進(jìn)行檢測(cè),如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常應(yīng)及時(shí)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。使用ph控制在8~9,以免ph值過(guò)高腐蝕工件或ph值過(guò)低使細(xì)菌大量繁殖而影響打磨液的穩(wěn)定性和使用性能。
Value: Because aluminum is highly sensitive to the pH value of polishing fluid, it is necessary to regularly test the pH value of aluminum alloy polishing fluid. If any abnormalities are found, they should be adjusted in a timely manner. Use pH control between 8-9 to avoid excessive corrosion of the workpiece or excessive bacterial growth caused by low pH, which may affect the stability and performance of the polishing solution.
定時(shí)補(bǔ)加新液:既保證打磨液的良好潤(rùn)滑,也保證了打磨液良好的防銹性能和防腐性能,以延長(zhǎng)打磨液的使用壽命。鋁合金手板加工打磨液的選擇是十分重要的,既要保證打磨液良好的潤(rùn)滑性、防銹性,還要有良好的穩(wěn)定性、過(guò)濾性和易維護(hù)性,只有這樣才能加工出符合要求的產(chǎn)品,限度地降低打磨液的使用成本。
