汽車手板模型制作的低壓灌注工藝
低壓灌注是適用于快速成型廠家的一項手板制作工藝,它將聚氨酯材料經(jīng)混合后,在常溫、低壓環(huán)境下注入快速模具內(nèi),通過材料的聚合、交聯(lián)、固化等化學(xué)和物理過程形成制品。低壓灌注適用于產(chǎn)品開發(fā)過程中的小批量制作,以及結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單的覆蓋件和大型厚壁及不均勻壁厚制品的生產(chǎn)。
Low pressure injection is a prototype manufacturing process suitable for rapid prototyping manufacturers. It mixes polyurethane materials and injects them into rapid molds at room temperature and low pressure, forming products through chemical and physical processes such as material polymerization, cross-linking, and curing. Low pressure injection is suitable for small batch production in the product development process, as well as the production of structurally simple coverings and large thick and uneven wall thickness products.
低壓灌注利用汽車手板原型制作簡易模具,這種工藝制作的制件可以大到汽車保險杠與醫(yī)療臺車大小的制品,適用數(shù)量適合在15-2000套之間。在汽車RIM低壓灌注領(lǐng)域,比如保險杠、翼子板、方向盤、、儀表板、進氣格柵、門板、 前端模塊、氣囊蓋等汽車內(nèi)外飾,思駿達手板廠積累了大量生產(chǎn)心得與技術(shù)方法。

低壓灌注工藝流程:單體或預(yù)聚物以液體狀態(tài)經(jīng)計量泵以一定的配比進入混合頭進行混合。混合物注入模具后,在模具內(nèi)快速反應(yīng)并交聯(lián)固化,脫模后即為RIM制品。
Low pressure infusion process flow: Monomers or prepolymers enter the mixing head in a liquid state through a metering pump in a certain proportion for mixing. After the mixture is injected into the mold, it quickly reacts and crosslinks within the mold, and after demolding, it becomes the RIM product.

低壓灌注成型過程過程不僅由動力學(xué)和熱力學(xué)所決定,也受物理條件影響;

材料固化時間較長,且材料的固化和冷卻占用了絕大部分時間;

加工在低壓下進行,因此僅適用于產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)較簡單的快速成型。

低壓灌注成型使用的材料主要以聚氨酯材料為主,通過改變材料的混合比例,可獲得不同的材料彈性模量,從而得到所需要的材料特性。固化后的材料物理性能類似于ABS、PP或PS。此工藝適合于較大壁厚及不均勻壁厚手板產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)。
The materials used in low-pressure injection molding are mainly polyurethane materials. By changing the mixing ratio of the materials, different material elastic moduli can be obtained to obtain the required material properties. The physical properties of the cured material are similar to ABS, PP, or PS. This process is suitable for the production of hand board products with larger wall thickness and uneven wall thickness.
