在手辦模型加工,主軸還應(yīng)具備一套拉刀系統(tǒng)以裝卸刀具,大體上分為液壓、氣動(dòng)、機(jī)械三種。沿襲傳統(tǒng)的手辦模型加工機(jī)床裝刀方式,機(jī)械式僅僅以一根貫穿主軸內(nèi)部的螺桿來擰緊刀具,它的動(dòng)力來自于主軸尾部的拉刀電動(dòng)機(jī),這個(gè)拉力是有力矩監(jiān)控的,當(dāng)拉刀拉力達(dá)到設(shè)定值時(shí)裝刀模式關(guān)閉。相對于前面的刀具,也是不需要拉釘?shù)摹?

而手辦模型機(jī)械加工數(shù)控機(jī)床的液壓與氣壓拉刀機(jī)構(gòu)都比較煩瑣,機(jī)械零件加工廠在主軸尾部既要裝拉刀油缸,又要安裝主軸噴霧、噴水、噴氣機(jī)構(gòu),在設(shè)計(jì)制造上成本會(huì)高出很多。

手辦模型加工指出,對于液壓裝刀,須要配置拉爪,從前到后這個(gè)拉桿都是中空的,因?yàn)樗紤]主軸內(nèi)冷的設(shè)計(jì)。拉爪是4個(gè)靠彈簧頂開的爪瓣,靠在斜面上前后移動(dòng)以達(dá)到收緊與張開,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)刀具的裝卸。
Manual model processing experts pointed out that for hydraulic loading, it is necessary to configure the claw. 在手辦模型加工的實(shí)際應(yīng)用中,刀具有時(shí)候會(huì)松,如果確認(rèn)刀具拉釘沒有松的話,就是拉爪松了,操作人員可以給它擰緊,但要自制一個(gè)小工具。因?yàn)槔筮叾加幸粋€(gè)調(diào)整拉爪前后位置的螺帽,它是可以旋緊的,做成一個(gè)可以旋緊它的長柄小叉子,這樣問題就解決了。
In the practical application of manual model processing, the cutting tool is sometimes loose. If it is confirmed that the pulling nail of the cutting tool is not loose, the claw is loose. The operator can tighten it, but a small tool should be made by himself. Because there is a nut at the back of the claw to adjust the front and rear position of the claw, it can be tightened to make a long handle fork that can be tightened, so the problem is solved.
