快速成型技術(shù)又稱快速原型制造技術(shù),快速成型設(shè)備可以直接、快速、精確地把設(shè)計構(gòu)想或設(shè)計方案通過模型建立、近似處理和切片處理等過程轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷嶋H的零件原型或者直接制造零件,為零件的原型制作和設(shè)計構(gòu)想的校驗等方面提供了一種低成本的實現(xiàn)手段,彌補了傳統(tǒng)制造方法的不足。
Rapid prototyping technology is also known as rapid prototyping manufacturing technology. Rapid prototyping equipment can directly, quickly and accurately transform the design idea or design scheme into the actual part prototype or directly manufacture parts through the processes of model establishment, approximate processing and slicing processing. It provides an efficient and low-cost implementation means for the prototype production of parts and the verification of design idea, and makes up for the shortcomings of traditional manufacturing methods.
快速成型技術(shù)是基于離散/堆積成型原理,根據(jù)三維CAD模型,按一定厚度把CAD模型進行分層,將三維模型變成厚度很薄的二維平面模型。

再將二維模型進行數(shù)據(jù)處理,加入加工參數(shù),在數(shù)控系統(tǒng)控制下以平面加工方式連續(xù)加工出每個薄層,并使之粘結(jié)而成形。

快速成型有很多工藝方法,所有的快速成型方法都是一層一層地制造零件,所不同的是每種方法所用的材料不同,粘結(jié)方式不同。典型的快速成型技術(shù)有光固化快速成型(SLA)、熔融沉積(FDM)、激光粉末燒結(jié)(SLS)和疊層輪廓(LOM)。

與傳統(tǒng)的處理方式相比,快速成型技術(shù)在速度性、集成化、適用性、可調(diào)整性和自動化等方面具有明顯優(yōu)勢。比如:快速成型技術(shù)實現(xiàn)了完全的自動化成型,只需操作員輸入相關(guān)的參數(shù),在不需要過多干涉的情況下,就可以實現(xiàn)整個過程的自動運轉(zhuǎn)。
Compared with traditional processing methods, rapid prototyping technology has obvious advantages in speed, integration, applicability, adjustability and automation. For example, rapid prototyping technology realizes complete automatic molding, which only requires the operator to input relevant parameters, and the automatic operation of the whole process can be realized without too much interference.
隨著快速成型技術(shù)的發(fā)展,其被廣泛應用于模具制造過程中。該技術(shù)可以進行新產(chǎn)品的快速試制,制作周期僅為傳統(tǒng)技術(shù)的1/4左右,可以有效提升模具制造的一次成功率。
With the development of rapid prototyping technology, it is widely used in mold manufacturing process. This technology can carry out rapid trial production of new products, and the production cycle is only about 1/4 of that of traditional technology, which can effectively improve the one-time success rate of mold manufacturing.
