快速成型制造工藝的基本原理與步驟

山東快速成型的制造工藝是一個(gè)基于材料堆積原理的生產(chǎn)過程。該工藝是取得材料堆積的規(guī)劃路徑和限制模式,通過堆積將材料疊加或熔合起來形成三維實(shí)體??焖俪尚椭圃旃に嚨娜^程可以歸納為如下3個(gè)步驟:
The manufacturing process of Rapid prototyping in Shandong is a production process based on the principle of material accumulation. This process is to obtain a planned path and limiting mode for material stacking, by stacking or fusing materials together to form a three-dimensional solid. The whole process of Rapid prototyping manufacturing process can be summarized into the following three steps:
1)前處理。包括三維模型的構(gòu)建、模型的三角化處理和模型的切片處理。
1) Pre processing. This includes the construction of 3D models, triangulation of models, and slicing of models.
三維的CAD造型由計(jì)算機(jī)軟件建造,二維工程圖向三維模型轉(zhuǎn)化,或來自于實(shí)體模型的光學(xué)掃描和CT數(shù)據(jù)等點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù)。
3D CAD modeling is built by computer software, and 2D Engineering drawing is converted to 3D model, or point cloud data such as optical scanning and CT data from solid model.
對(duì)于包含不規(guī)則類型的自由曲面,在加工之前應(yīng)對(duì)模型做出必要的處理。STL格式是目前快速成型技術(shù)中的通用接口文件。采用大量的三角形小平面去逼近原始模型,并且可以調(diào)整精度。
For free form surfaces containing irregular types, necessary processing should be made to the model before processing. STL format is a general interface file in current Rapid prototyping technology. Using a large number of triangular facets to approximate the original model and adjust accuracy.
根據(jù)待制造零件的外形特征選取適宜的加工方向,沿著成型的高度方向用大量具有特定間隔的平面去切割模型,完成這些截面的輪廓信息提取。采用的間隔越密實(shí),獲得的加工精度越高。
Select an appropriate processing direction based on the shape characteristics of the parts to be manufactured, and cut the model along the height direction of the molding using a large number of planes with specific intervals to complete the contour information extraction of these sections. The denser the spacing used, the higher the machining accuracy obtained.
2)分層疊加成型。包括三維模型的輪廓截面的形成和截面疊合。
2) Layered overlay forming. Including the formation and overlapping of contour sections of 3D models.
該步驟是快速成型技術(shù)的核心。在控制單元的控制下,對(duì)應(yīng)的材料出口裝置按切片處理后的截面信息,做點(diǎn)到點(diǎn)的掃描運(yùn)動(dòng),在工作臺(tái)面上逐層地堆積成型材料,將各層材料相互粘結(jié)成為三維實(shí)體。
This step is the core of Rapid prototyping technology. Under the control of the central control unit, the corresponding material outlet device performs point-to-point scanning motion based on the cross-sectional information processed by slicing, stacking and forming materials layer by layer on the workbench, and bonding each layer of materials to form a three-dimensional solid.
3)處理。包括實(shí)體的分離、固化及表面處理等。
3) Processing. This includes the separation, solidification, and surface treatment of entities.
通過快速成型工藝疊層開成三維實(shí)體后,應(yīng)完成分離等后處理任務(wù),目的是除去廢料和支承。對(duì)于結(jié)構(gòu)強(qiáng)度較低的光固化成型的零件,還應(yīng)進(jìn)一步采用紫外光固化處理。將成型的實(shí)體零件從工作臺(tái)里取出,進(jìn)行必要的打磨、拋光或置于高溫爐中燒結(jié),以提高其硬度與強(qiáng)度。
After the Rapid prototyping process is laminated into 3D solids, the separation and other post-processing tasks should be completed to remove waste and support. For parts with lower structural strength that are formed by UV curing, further UV curing treatment should be used. Remove the formed solid parts from the workbench and perform necessary polishing, polishing, or sintering in a high-temperature furnace to improve their hardness and strength.
