按照手板的制作手段分類,可分為兩大類,一是:手工制作,即手工手板;二是:數(shù)控機床制作,即數(shù)控手板。數(shù)控手板:其主要工作量是用數(shù)控機床完成的,而根據(jù)所用設(shè)備的不同,又可分為激光快速成形手板和加工中心(CNC)手板。今天濟南手板就來談?wù)勈职逯谱骷す饪焖俪尚图夹g(shù)的優(yōu)勢。
According to the means of making hand-boards, it can be divided into two categories: one is hand-made, that is, hand-made hand-boards; the other is the production of CNC machine tools, that is, CNC hand-boards. 激光快速成形技術(shù),利用激光束掃描金屬板材誘發(fā)的內(nèi)部非均勻分布的熱應(yīng)力,使板材發(fā)生局部塑性屈服,從而使板材產(chǎn)生一定角度的彎曲變形。激光加熱彎曲成形是基于材料的熱脹冷縮特性,利用高能激光束掃描金屬薄板表面,在熱作用區(qū)產(chǎn)生強烈的溫度梯度,導(dǎo)致非均勻分布的熱應(yīng)力,使金屬板材發(fā)生塑性變形的工藝方法。
Laser rapid prototyping (LRP) technology uses laser beam scanning to induce non-uniform internal thermal stress distribution in metal sheets, which results in local plastic yield of sheets and bending deformation of sheets at a certain angle. Laser heating bending is based on the thermal expansion and contraction characteristics of materials. High-energy laser beam is used to scan the surface of metal sheet, which produces strong temperature gradient in the thermal action zone, resulting in non-uniform distribution of thermal stress and plastic deformation of metal sheet.
由于快速成型技術(shù)(包含激光快速成型技術(shù))僅僅在需要增加材料的地方增加材料,所以從設(shè)計到自動化,從知識獲取到計算機處理,從計劃到接口、通訊等方面來看,非常適合于CIM、CAD及CAM,因此,同傳統(tǒng)的制造方法相比較,激光快速成型顯示出諸多的優(yōu))點:
Rapid prototyping technology (including laser rapid prototyping technology) is very suitable for CIM, CAD and CAM in terms of design, automation, knowledge acquisition, computer processing, planning, interface and communication. Therefore, compared with traditional manufacturing methods, rapid prototyping technology is more suitable for CIM, CAD and CAM. Rapid prototyping has many advantages.
⑴制造速度快、成本低、節(jié)省時間和節(jié)約成本,為傳統(tǒng)制造方法注入新的活力,而且可實現(xiàn)自由制造,產(chǎn)品制造過程以及產(chǎn)品造價幾乎與產(chǎn)品的批量和復(fù)雜性無關(guān)。
(1) Fast manufacturing speed, low cost, time saving and cost saving, which inject new vitality into traditional manufacturing methods, and can realize free manufacturing. The manufacturing process and cost of products are almost independent of the batch size and complexity of products.
⑵采用非接觸加工的方式,沒有傳統(tǒng)加工的殘余應(yīng)力的問題,沒有工具更換和磨損之類的問題,無切割、噪音和振動等,有利于。
(2) Non-contact processing, no residual stress in traditional processing, no tool replacement and wear problems, no cutting, noise and vibration, is conducive to environmental protection.
⑶可實現(xiàn)快速鑄造、快速模具制造,特別適合于新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)和單間零件生產(chǎn)。
(3) Rapid casting and rapid die manufacturing can be realized, which is especially suitable for new product development and single part production.
在機械制造領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用由于激光快速成型技術(shù)自身的特點,使得其在機械制造領(lǐng)域內(nèi),獲得廣泛的應(yīng)用,多用于制造單件、小批量金屬零件的制造。有些特殊復(fù)雜制件,由于只需單件生產(chǎn),或少于50件的小批量,一般均可用RP技術(shù)直接進行成型,成本低,周期短。
Because of the characteristics of laser rapid prototyping technology, it has been widely used in the field of mechanical manufacturing. It is mostly used in the manufacture of single and small batch metal parts. Some special complex parts can be directly moulded by RP technology because they only need one piece of production or less than 50 pieces in small batches. The cost is low and the cycle is short.
